Purchased two couches from Homemakers in 2016. Leather is peeling off both couches with no extraordinary use.

No animals or kids climbing on them. We simply watch television in the evenings while sitting on the couches.

They explained that the couch falling apart is "normal wear and tear". I have never heard of couches falling apart due to people sitting on them when they're only two years old. Purchased the extended warranty but apparently that does not matter either.

Neither the manufacturer, nor Homemakers will make it right.

What kind of business is fine with selling goods that fall apart with normal use after two years? Don't be fooled by the feel of an upscale store.

Homemakers sells cheap furniture and doesn't care about their customers. Fact.
